NorthHab Physio & Fitness has an excellent reputation across Queensland as a provider of both commercial and personal healthcare. But why? Maybe it's the approachability or expertise of our staff. Maybe it's our dedication to exceptional health care. Or, our attention to quality, accessibility and lasting results.
Likely, NorthHab's success is because of the unique service it provides. Our physiotherapists provide particular care toward ensuring their patients know their condition and understand their ongoing treatment. We know that healing continues outside of the treatment room. Excellent service means change that lasts long after you walk out the door.
Our Story, Our Philosophy
In 2004, NorthHab founders Chris and Jen established the company in Weipa, North Queensland. Initially, NorthHab helped to reduce workplace injuries on behalf of Comalco at their Weipa minesite, as well as servicing Queensland Health in Weipa and surrounding Cape York communities.
Northhab was, first and foremost, a community service; the remoteness of these early endeavours and the challenges this brought have defined our company today. In 2004, NorthHab Physio & Fitness expanded to Crestmead, Logan City, bringing with us our unique approach to injury management. At NorthHab we believe health care is more than a service and that real results are foundered on a patient's understanding of their condition. We live by the philosophy of: 'Helping People Help Themselves'.
