Our Approach

NorthHab Health provides results-driven rehab physiotherapy and exercise physiology services from our fully equipped clinics in Cleveland and Crestmead. Our experienced team of physiotherapists and sports exercise physiologists are committed to achieving client outcomes through tailored physiotherapy programs for local families and sportspeople.

Taking a holistic approach to chronic injury and sports rehab, we develop programs that combine traditional hands-on physio treatments with emphasis on client education and ongoing support. We invest in client education and intuitive self-management plans which are designed to suit clients’ lifestyles with realistic expectations. These programs are guided by our practitioners with the goal of restoring mobility and movement patterns in a warm and inviting environment that clients enjoy coming to.

Working to support clients through complex injuries, neck and back pain, and sports physiotherapy, our approach is to lay the foundations for self-driven recovery. Our practitioners assess each individual case methodically and create a customised program based on clients’ individual needs. These tailored solutions may include programs for back pain treatment, or sport and spine physiotherapy – no two clients are the same.

Each client is assessed and treated as an individual case utilising evidence-based practice with the ultimate goal of recovery and return to sport.

The NorthHab Physio philosophy is “Helping People, Help Themselves”.
